Bacon Wrapped Grilled Shrimp

BACON-WRAPPED SHRIMP

INGREDIENTS
1 Ib large shrimp (31/35), peeled and deveined
2 packs bacon slices, cut in half
15 jalapenos, halved lengthwise with seeds and membranes removed

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the gas grill for medium heat. Place shrimp on jalapeno and wrap with a bacon slice. Secure with a toothpick. Cook wraps for 5-7 min per side or until bacon is crispy.
